Most RTI CABINETS™ orders are processed and shipped within 7-14 business days. Custom configurations or high-demand finishes may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Are your cabinets shipped pre-assembled or RTA (Ready-to-Assemble)?
We offer both options to suit your project needs. Our RTA cabinets feature easy-to-follow instructions for DIY enthusiasts, while our pre-assembled line arrives ready for immediate installation by professionals.
What materials are used in RTI CABINETS™ construction?
We prioritize durability and aesthetics by using high-quality furniture-grade plywood for cabinet boxes and solid hardwoods or premium HDF for doors and drawer fronts, ensuring a long-lasting finish.
Do you offer a warranty on your cabinetry products?
Yes, all RTI CABINETS™ come with a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
What is your return policy for damaged or incorrect items?
If your order arrives damaged, please document the issues and contact our support team within 48 hours. we will provide replacements for damaged components at no additional cost to you.
Can I request a sample door before placing a full order?
Absolutely. We highly recommend ordering sample doors to see the exact color and finish in your home's lighting. The cost of samples can often be credited toward your full kitchen order.
